To take full advantage of the Wii's potential, Trauma Center has been radically redesigned. Even the character portraits have been redrawn to reflect a more mature look. Though the story is still based around the same events as "Under the Knife," the text has been given a nip-and-tuck, as well as all new plotscenes and operations featuring an all new doctor character.
