SkyGunner Contest Official Rules

1.   To Enter: No purchase necessary. SkyGunner Contest begins on June 25, 2002 and ends on August 31, 2002. To enter: Send a self-addressed postcard with your SkyGunner Code to: Atlus U.S.A., Inc., SKYGUNNER CONTEST, 15255 Alton Parkway, Suite 100, Irvine, CA 92618 or send an email to skygunnercontest@atlus.com. NOTE: this contest is only open to US and Canadian residents.

Both mail entries and electronic entries must be received by 5:00 PM Pacific Time on August 30, 2002, in order to be qualified. All entries received later will be disqualified. All entries become the property of Atlus U.S.A., Inc. and, as such, can be used in any manner deemed fit by Atlus U.S.A., Inc. and will not be returned. Atlus U.S.A., Inc. assumes no responsibility for illegible, lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete entries, system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, or other telecommunications malfunctions. Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion; to cancel, terminate or suspend the online promotion should any unauthorized intervention or other cause beyond the control of the sponsors affect the administration or proper play or conduct of the promotion.

2.   Prizes: The prizes will consist of, but not be limited to, such items as Atlus U.S.A., Inc. video games, limited edition Atlus goods and other items. Maximum 1 prize per entrant per household. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash. In the event of unavailability of stated prizes, sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value. Winners must agree to abide by any restrictions in connection with the prizes.

3.   Winners: Each winner will be selected by Atlus U.S.A., Inc. on or about September 13, 2002. Winners will be notified within 10 days by phone and/or e-mail. Return of any prize or prize notification may result in forfeiture of the prize.  In the event that the winner cannot be contacted an alternate winner will be selected. Atlus U.S.A., Inc. has the right to revise dates and procedures mentioned in these rules.

4.   Eligibility: Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec province) only. Sweepstakes participants must be at least 18 years of age or have the written permission of a parent or guardian. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict delivery of prizes to a parent or guardian. Employees of Atlus U.S.A., Inc. and their affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers and anyone involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of Atlus U.S.A., Inc.’s SkyGunner Contest or related promotional materials and their families are not eligible.

5.   General: All taxes, and other assessments, are the sole responsibility of the winner. By submitting an entry, winners grant their permission to have their names, cities, photographs and/or likenesses used in any manner Atlus U.S.A., Inc. deems appropriate for advertising, trade and/or promotional purposes without additional compensation, including without limitation posting their names on this Web site, unless prohibited by law. Atlus U.S.A., Inc., sweepstakes co-sponsors and prize providers, and their subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, agents, representatives and employees assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses, misfortune or injury, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of the prizes. All decisions of Atlus U.S.A., Inc. on all matters relating to this promotion are final. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. If an individual winner does not claim their prize within 15 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited back to the supplier. Prizes cannot be claimed after this expiration period.
