Contest Rules

2.Eligibility

Open to residents of U.S. and Canada, 18 years or older. Entries must be received by 11:59 a.m. PDT on November 5th, at 11:59am. You can enter the Promotion through the Wildfire application on the Facebook Platform located at: https://apps.facebook.com/contestshq/contests/297974

You can also find the application on the ATLUS-O-Weenie tab on the ATLUS USA Page on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/ATLUSUSA). Use the Wildfire application to submit the required information and upload an image or images. You may enter once, submitting one (1) costume and a maximum of five (5) photos of your costume at time of entry. Past winners of any prize may not re-use the same costume to enter again. Entries must be of characters from an ATLUS/Index Digital Media-published game. Employees and their immediate families and those living in the same households, whether or not related, of ATLUS and its parent, affiliates, and advertising agencies are not eligible to enter or win.

Entries containing lewd, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate content, such as but not limited to profanity, nudity, excessively amorous behavior and/or vulgar gestures will be rejected. Any images submitted that depict illegal or criminal behaviors or activities will be rejected and will immediately be provided to appropriate law enforcement officials, along with any information pertaining to said entrants. Submissions must be made by the person depicted in the submitted images. No costumed pets permitted. Anyone making a submission that is found to be of someone other than the submitter will be disqualified and barred from all further instances of the ATLUS-O-Weenie competition. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that they have permission to publicly display all objects or persons in their submission.

Entries that do not follow official rules as stated will not be accepted or disqualified.

3.Prizes

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded based on popular vote as determined by the voting function on the application on the ATLUS USA Page on Facebook. Voting will take place between November 5th and November 12th, 2012.

One (1) Prize will be awarded in the category of Best Code of Princess-themed costume based on a selection by ATLUS employees. The winner of the Grand Prize is not eligible to win this category.

One (1) Prize will be awarded in the category of Best Persona 4 Arena or Persona 4 Golden-themed costume based on a selection by ATLUS employees. The winner of the Grand Prize is not eligible to win this category.

One (1) Prize will be awarded based on a selection by ATLUS employees. The winner of the Grand Prize is not eligible to win this category.

Four (4) additional prizes will be awarded randomly to entrants in the contest at the sole discretion of ATLUS.

Winners will be notified via e-mail and a public announcement of winners will be made on or around November 16th, 2012. If ATLUS has received no response from winners within seven (7) days of the notification date, their prizes will be forfeited.

ATLUS reserves the right to change the prizes or terms of the contest at any time.

4.Disclaimers
ATLUS will not be responsible for any damage or loss of any prize materials during shipping or transmission, nor for any shipping or transmission error resulting in delivery failure of prize materials to winners. ATLUS will not be responsible for any data transfer error resulting in late or incomplete contest submissions. By entering this contest, you agree to abide by the ruling of the judges. All judges’ decisions are final.

5.Privacy Policy

Entrants grant ATLUS full rights to use names and image submissions for future promotional purposes.

ATLUS may contact you once via the e-mail address provided in the submission to invite you to join the ATLUS Faithful mailing list. ATLUS will not share your personal information with any third party affiliates outside of promoting the ATLUS-O-Weenie event and its winners.

By entering the ATLUS-O-Weenie contest, participants agree to the official rules as stated above, without exception.
