The main character
Formerly Prince Serdic's body double, the identically named Serdic
took his place permanently when the prince was killed during Grand
Meir's invasion. The crown prince passed the holy blade to him and
asked him to fulfill his dying wishes. Serdic is now on a quest to
reclaim Bretwalde, but he must take care not to let his allies know
that he is not the real Serdic.
