From Wikidsouls
The Filthy Man is a merchant that can be found in
Stonefang Tunnel, section 2-1 and 2-2. He can be found near the top of the steps from the 2-1 Archstone and on the wooden walk-way near where you encounter
Patches, the Hyena.
He mostly sells a collections of minor Ores, but the Large Hardstone and Large Sharpstone Shards are very handy when you are a few short on an upgrade.
