It's not common knowledge, but certain animation
studios in the "Real World" have access to a place
called the "Toon World." Secretly, a studio provides
the script and storyboards for a cartoon, while the
actual casting and production are handled in the
Toon World. The finished product is then delivered
to the studio to be edited and broadcast.

However, the ever increasing popularity of
computer-generated graphics has cut into the
overall profitability of traditional cel animation.
To renew interest in the medium and revive the
struggling economy, the Toon World turns to
SPUMCO studios to help produce a major actionpacked
cartoon featuring extreme skateboarding.

A skateboard training center is established to
separate the posers from the real stars... Many
enter the auditions in hopes of becoming the next
big thing. However, it'll take more than just a few
tricks to become the star of this show...
