I wish the KOF: EX2 chars got another chance

I know it won't happen, but they had some interesting designs, and would be pretty much new characters.

I always wondered why those characters never got a 2nd chance later on.

One has to wonder if SNK even owned them, or if they were creations of Sammy / MMV.

Also never sure if that story can be taken as anything more than a semi-dream match... and have they ever appeared in any of the side-games on Cellphones or such?

Just about EVERYONE whose ever been in a KoF gets a chance there.

I wouldn't mind seeing Reiji and his little Chibi-Chizuru daughter making a re-appearance (maybe she and Kogoro could be friend? Awww! LoL), however. Chizuru could use a friend to flesh out her story more, and a male who uses abilities similiar to the Yata mirror could make a pretty interesting semi-replacement to Yashiro's rapid-attack abilities. And maybe even a good rival for Shen...

Aside from Miu, the ones you listed are totally garbage and have been fleshed out better into other character designs. Example : Reiji -> Shen.
