ATLUS DROPS IT LIKE IT'S HOT WITH DROPLITZ™ FOR Xbox LIVE® Arcade,
PlayStation®Network , Windows PC, AND iPhone
Tubular.

IRVINE, CALIFORNIA -- APRIL 13, 2009 -- Atlus U.S.A., Inc. today announced that it has acquired the worldwide publishing rights for Droplitz, an addictive puzzler that's all about strategically twisting and connecting mismatched dials to save precious droplitz. Just making a single junction is child's play; can you master the art of the combo or will you let your pipes runneth over? Be warned: losing too many droplitz can be hazardous to your ability to win and be awesome. With four different play modes, a variety of board sizes, and infinite replayability, Droplitz promises to drain all your time away.
Droplitz™ drops in late spring for Xbox LIVE® Arcade for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation®Network, Windows PC, and iPhone.

About Droplitz
In a world where spouts at the top of a screen leak drops of liquid, one player will have to spin a series of round dials studded with different types of path formations in order to link those top droppers to the collectors at the bottom of the screen. Four unique play modes. Unlimited replayability. When drops start dripping, dials must spin. Coming to Xbox LIVE Arcade for Xbox 360, PlayStation Network, Windows PC, and iPhone near you. No droplitz were harmed in the making of this game.
Key Features*- Infinitely accessible, instantly addictive -- Turn dials, open paths, and don't let the droplitz go to waste! Casual and hardcore gamers alike will be mesmerized as they rotate and connect puzzle pieces to let the droplitz flow and earn high scores!
- Four unique game modes -- Distinct layers of complexity keep the challenge fresh with Classic, Zendurance, Power Up, and Infection modes! Learn how to deal with sluggish, infected dials; strategically use bombs to clear sections of the game board; speed up the action or just aim for the highest score in a limited amount of time.
- Endless replayability -- The timeless satisfaction of making combos, clearing boards, and earning top scores will keep you coming back for more. Ever increasing speeds and larger boards ensure that there will always be a challenge ahead!
- Compete for high scores -- Online leaderboards and 12 trophies/achievements mean that when you're the best, everyone will know it. Score-based gameplay makes every game a competition to get to the top of the charts!
*Features may vary by platform
Droplitz has been rated "E" for Everyone by the ESRB.

You know I was afraid this was going to be simply another random puzzle game, but it looks a bit interesting, I must say.
Like Hexic meets Pipe Dream. Plus it's quite stylish looking.

Games just keep coming. Awesome! Hope you guys release a demo of it
PS: This also seems like a perfect fit for WiiWare and DSiWare.

Why, oh why?
Not that I won't be getting this game, as it does look fun, but I'm probably only going to pick this one up on one platform, as the gameplay will most likely be identical as opposed to the previous Wii / PS2 multi-platform titles released.
Any idea on price?

Really? Well, I won't hold that against them. This game looks good, and they probably just needed the work when they made those things.

Ah, IC wut I did there. I didn't mean to imply anything insulting. This new Atlus-BurgerKing connection just made me laugh a bit, so I wanted to share.

This'll be out in all regions on XBLA, right? You're not gonna shun Europe because you don't have a presence there, are you?

Eew, I hope not.
What? Oh, with. Still, I doubt you'd want a pre-ordered cheeseburger.

Yeah... I was wondering why this was announced for pretty much everything other than WiiWare, but that's because I forgot about DSiWare. And for me, sorry, but no WiiWare means no sale.

Well for the Wii you could always get Octomania... which Atlus distributed.
I'm no graphical expert/whore but I'd say the current screenshots indicate that the game was made with HD resolution in mind. 'course that didn't stop Geometry Wars from defecting.

What no trophies? I believe Sony requires any title released in 2009 and beyond to have trophies.

They do, but I think it was meant that he's already committed to Live Achievements. Trophies did come a bit late. I'll be getting the PS3 version, unless it's on Steam

I was just saying that people seem to like Gamerscore/Achievements better, mainly because they came out first.

You might want to fix the current little placeholder tag which reads,
"Droplitz site goes live
Check back for updates on release dates"
Which sounds like you're saying check back on the release date which, of course, isn't listed anywhere. Clearly "or" needs to be replaced by "and".

It's great that you all are finally distributing something digitally. Unfortuantely, jsut like with all the past games that you all have published on the 360, I have absolutely no interest in it. I still hope this means you all will try to take it further and release more interesting games on XBLA and PSN...

I got it. Its kind of fun, I unlocked the second mode last night, "zendroplitz" or something like that. It was just 10 bucks, and I figured I could support Atlus by getting it.
Now bring us more games!!! >:3
@ Pibbman - It has trophies, 12 I think in total. I got like 3 in less than 2 hours of playing.

This happens as soon as I click when the logo "Droplitz" appears and the small balls come in screen.
Win Vista Ultimate 64-Bit
NVidia GTX260+ Black
4GB DDR2 Ram
edit: Before the standards come
I did use the Verfiy Integritystuff, reinstalled, etc.

edit 2: http://img3.imageshack.us/img3/4637/mainmenu.jpg
This is as far as I get.
When I click the mouse, the title goes to the left and then it crashes
