Shiren 3 PSP
Just saw this on Siliconera:
http://www.siliconera.com/2009/11/03...ifting-to-psp/
So, Atlus. Is this being released stateside? I'd prefer a PSP release over a Wii one. I'd have more chance to play it.

Buy the Wii version this coming April to show you want more Shiren games, even if it's just an updated port.

You know, when I originally read that article, I thought Atlus was "drifting" the Wii version to the PSP since drifting also means "moving". Dang wording in these headlines. >.<

I intend to.
...Well, only if the PSP version is not announced until then. Otherwise, I'm just picking up the PSP version.

Is it me, or do ports on the PSP always have the best graphics? ie: P3P, Shiren 3 Portable

I think it really is a case of the small screen, makes everything sharper!
Sure the DS has a small screen but not quite a high enough resolution to pull "cool looking" off.
I'm sure this is why some of the iPhone game graphics seem so amazing as I'm willing ot bet if your took those graphics and scaled it up to the PC resolution they'd not look as sharp.

A good example of that would be Crystal Defenders for the iPod/Phone, XBLA, WW, and PSN. It does look better on the smaller screen, and a bit blurry on the big one.
Some DS titles look mighty good on. Usually 2D titles come to mind. The World Ends With You, Metal Slug 7, Kirby, etc. Though Matrix had managed to pull some amazing things out of the DS like Final Fantasy 3 & 4, Avalon Code, and Nostalgia.

What I meant was, compared to other PSP games, they have better graphics. I say this because Persona 3 would probably look a lot different if it was designed for PSP, but because P3P is a PS2 port, the design choices were made to look like the PS2 game.
