Agreed; it would be enough for the game to simply be released here in the first place for me.

Though knowing Atlus, if it does come out here, there's at least a chance of it getting a small soundtrack bundled with the first-run copies.

The chances of having a manga translated as a bonus item are slim
I just want the game, I don't even care if it will be download only and cost double the normal price (doesn't have a 3DS but will get one for it)

I refuse to buy this unless Atlus throws in an art book (hardcover), a soundtrack, a plushie, and a live poodle puppy dyed and styled to look like Jack Frost. And all for the usual retail price (or less, if they're so inclined). Also, if my demands are not met I will actively promote terrorism against their physical building and brand name through the means of e-mail spam, physical junk mail, and an unending barrage of whiny forum posts!

At this point I'm getting tired of the people whining about whiners. No one was making any demands, just saying "It would be cool if..." Every time someone requests a preorder bonus or dual audio the same people complain about them being entitled. It's just as annoying.

I think some of the irritation stems from the fact that this title has not yet been announced for a localization, so any speculation about preorder bonuses is a bit premature.

Rather than dual audio, it would be best to keep the original Japanese audio.

No, it wouldn't. That would dramatically reduce the chances of anyone besides the core fanbase buying it.

We complain about the complainers because the complainers don't listen to the valid reasons the Atlus USA crew gives them.

Leaving the voiced language only in Japanese is also unattractive for the same reasons subtitle-only games and movies usually are - it takes your eyes off the action.

I can keep up and accept it, but not everyone can.

I don't know about you guys, but unless Atlus includes a 1:1 scaled FULLY OPERATIONAL GUMP with every copy, there is no way I'm shelling out cash for a new 3DS and Soul Hackers.

...Not sure if this is still considered a serious topic, but the Soul Hackers site has a page showing all of the places where you can pre-order the game and get an extra small bonus~ From what I can read [whoo kana XD] most of these are items like: postcards, phone cards, a microfibre cloth, a set of bromide cards, and some other things.

I know that pre-orders from Neowing [a.k.a. CDJapan.co.jp] and Amiami are possible for those not in Japan, unsure of the other webshops/places though ^^;

Additionally, there was a Devil Summoner "3DS accessory set" for pre-order at Amiami, but it's already sold out ._.; It comes with a 3DS case and a cleaning cloth. Link: HERE


Not sure how/where to nab the super awesome edition, gonna have to look into that next XD

...And I'd like dual audio and the option to mute voices ._. I might be a minority though.

Devil Survivor Overclocked is a good title though... but if this title gets localized too then its a definite good day for 3DS players.

At an estimate of 100$ based on yen conversion, seems a little steep for me for just the addition of the shirt, folder and cd. I'd be more interested in seeing just the cd offered as a limited pre-order promo. That I'd go out of my way to pre-order to get. The shirt I'd be more inclined to pick up at Hot Topic or a similar store later if I really enjoyed the game. Don't really get what's so great about the folder.

Right now I can't see Atlus doing the bundle thing for North America, but after seeing Square Enix bring the full bundle for Dream Drop Distance across the pond... maybe?

The source code was lost after it was released. Plus it was a direct port to the PSP. This one was rewritten with content that goes with the 3DS.
