What are the PvP brackets?

I've just started to PvP and I'm confused how it pairs you up with other players.

If I'm SL 105, what levels am I dueling? 95—115? It's probably skill and weapon, more than SL but some people pretty much one shot me and others can't seem to hardly damage me.

My Vit is a bit low at 30 so I may go to 120 with all 15 points going to Vit.

yeah thats the sl range you encounter. ppl who have very hard hitting 2h weapons (meatcleaver, sais, mirdain etc) can deal a ####load of damage, so you want to have a bit more than 30vit. also your armor plays its role there. there are armor sets with low stamina penalty and some with high penalty but better defense.

Harbinger knows what he is saying. Go for the vitality. The people who hit for crap are probably people with bad builds or very bad weapons that aren't upgraded.
