My gripes with the World Tenacity |: <

Was PWWT in world 5, I go through it and then come back to do the sidequest. I kill the BP for the item and then proceed to get raped by the aborted babies (in body form). As far as I remember dying in body form is a -1 to WT and killing a BP is a +3 >_>? Correct me if I'm wrong. Either way I did all the work for the side quest only to be denied until NG+ :bs:..I was hoping to kill her for the armor after I was done ;-;.

I think he's mad that he lost the PWWT after he killed BP Garl Vinland (and got killed by the babies)

So he can't go back to Selen Vinland to give her the Vinland crest

It's ok, I had to give it to her on the next playthrough as well

Seriously, yeah, the world tendency system can be a bit annoying if you're trying to accomplish specific tendency events. It's all too easy to mess something up and have to wait till the next game to try it again.

if you are aiming for World Tendency events, play offline.

I was already at PWWT so I didn't feel the need to go offline, but at least now I'll have more incentive to accidently place a dagger in Selen's back next time around. Ostrava held a similar fate when I restarted :tongue:

the only thing you can get in 5-1 PWWT is the bramd crest of vinland and ring of devout prayer. Killing Selen will not gain you her armor(that i know of) regardless why kill her when her armor is located just a little bit away on the single slug.

also beating BP Garl will not or cannot change WT as its already pure white if hes there. Being killed in body is -30%. So yes Selen will be gone but you can still get her armor from the slug.

That's what I ended up doing although it seems pretty out of place when I killed him and died yet still lost PWWT. Yeah sure it shouldn't do anything because it's already PWWT but then again there are no changes until you go to the nexus.

She seriously pissed me off when I was trying to do her quest....
She'd always seem to disappear

Always seems that she will only be there in your next play through (after you get Vinland's crest)

The most important thing you can do is when you have the world tendancy to what you want go to the nexus and kill yourself. When you die in soul form in any level your world tendancy will not change.

Being a blue phantom in world 5 and helping others defeat the boss will raise your world tendancy. As well as summon blues and using the Ressurection miracle I believe.

I figured that was character tendency.

It actually raises World Tendency as well, but slightly, very slightly
It's better to just get to Selen on your next playthrough

That's what I decided to do anyway, invaded>suicided straight to black and showed her who's boss.
