I know its in 3-1 but i cant find it at all!!! i have had 8 ngs and only once out of all of those have i ever gotten one... where EXACTELY is it and what do i need to get there (pwwt) etc...

ive collected it plenty of times, its on the floor with 2 octopus guys, its like an extension of a floor, like where u can go to the other side and keep going.

i think its floor 3? just go to floor 3, go on the opposite side of where u entered to floor 3. there should be a door or like cave opening to go further in, then on the left side, it should be like the last cell or second to last cell

you dont need pwwt or pbwt

pretty sure u will just need the cell key
