Should I get this game?

I didn't play any of the other Shiren games but I really enjoyed (still haven't finished it) Izuna 2. If it's anything like that I'm pretty sure I'd like it and the trailer looked really cool. So what do you guys think? Is the game worth it?

Oh and an Izuna game like this for the Wii could be really sweet!:p

If you enjoy Izuna 2, you should enjoy this as well. Chunsoft are very skilled at making console roguelike RPGs.

Shiren 3 beats to snot out of either of the Izuna games. Shiren 3 is structured the same way (keep your level when you die but lose your items), but it is overall a more satifying and challenging experience. There's a good deal more strategy involved too.

You should get it. It's cheaper than most Wii games, and it has WAY more wise-cracking ferrets in it.

Yay! I didn't have to start a new thread. But I have a small question: Should I get the first Izuna game or this first? I plan on getting both at one point, but I'm not sure which one to get first. Help?

Izuna, its sequel, and Shiren are all fantastic examples of this genre being done right. Izuna 2 and Shiren Wii are slightly more accessible than Izuna 1 and Shiren DS, but neither one is necessary to have played before playing the advanced iteration.

So my advice would be to do whatever's in your price range and ability to find.
