To see my favorite scenes, especially the new battle scenes in redrawn and lovely. Fate is one of my very favorite series, and I watch it quite a bit. So a prettier, readers digest version did not seem like a bad investment.

Finally found a FFXII Play Arts Balthier action figure, and for only 19.99. The peg on his gun broke off into his hand while I was posing him so that kinda sucks, but it hasn't really affected anything. Also picked up Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon brand new at Target for 14.98, and Radiata Stories brand new at Walmart for 14.99.

Legend of Legaia doesn't seem like it cost me too much, but it's been a while.

A couple of years ago, I actually managed to find Suikoden and Suikoden II for about 12 bucks total at a pawn shop, but Suikoden was missing the instructions. That was my second copy of Suikoden II, I gave the other one to a friend.

Don't be fooled! The gamed called "Tales of Destiny II" in the US is actually Tales of Eternia. Still a damn fine game, though. In fact, it's my favorite Tales game. Excellent setting, characters, gameplay, graphics, et cetera.

Damn, I've been wanting Suikoden II for years. I keep hoping it'll show up on the PSN store.

Why are they so slow on getting games to the PSN? I want to buy several games like Dino Crisis and Resident Evil 2, but they're not on the EU store yet, and it's too much of a bother to find some US points right now. And there are many games I want to play on my PS3 like Legend of Dragoon and Suikoden I and II. I miss those games :(

Well, considering I got Suikoden 2 for free, not sure. It was a total fluke that the guy came in and traded them.

He also had Arc the Lad Collection, DragonWarrior 7, Breath of Fire 4, Legend of Dragoon and Final Fantasy 9. With the exception of Legend of Dragoon and Breath of Fire 4 (which are being sold for 7.99), the others are selling for 20 bucks. If I see another copy, I'll get it for you.

Hamel; It has everything in it. The disks have a "w" written on them, but nothing that can't be taken off. The case front is cracked, but that can always be replaced. But yes, it has everything. If you want that instead, I can snag it on my way there Friday (if still there) and get it for you. But... you are the 5th to ask me about Suikoden 2.

edit: I should mention it doesn't have the free nice stuff like the copy I bought a way back. It's just the case, booklet and disks.

I wish I could say I finished Thousand Arms. My copy would always hang my PS at a certain location, making it impossible for me to continue. I don't know if there was something wrong with my copy, or if it was my PS acting up, but either way, I never got to finish the game.....

It was a really fun game while it lasted too. *sigh*

If it came out on PSN, I would probably get it, but I doubt it'll ever get re-released like that. Oh well. (Make it happen, Atlus? Pretty please?)

Excellent, I highly recommend it. Normally when I play games, I tend to lose interest pretty fast. With this one, I would sit and play hours at a time. It's one of those games where you'd tell yourself "just one more mission..."

My only complaint is that it was pretty short. Hero 30 has multiple paths you can take in each level, so that expands a bit on the replayability. However, all the other modes can be finished pretty quickly.

It's the limited edition OST, for those of you who can't read white text on a white background. There's a little book with some pretty pictures and Japanese text I can't read. That's the Episode Zero CD in the silver packaging (it think it's anti-static wrap). Since it's sealed and I wouldn't be able to understand the dialogue anyway, I might not open this.

Vagrant Story was a hell of a deal. This guy was selling Arc The Lad Collection here for $10, so I sent him an email, asking if it was available and if he had VS. He sold Arc The Lad already, but had VS, and was willing to just give it to me. When I got to his house I tried to give him some money, but he didn't really want it. So I gave him $2 :)

Got DJ Hero for $60, which I think is reasonable for the game. The $120 they wanted at launch was an insane price anyways.

You get the anime portraits? Treasure Chests were added, old ones have better items, and making the uber items earlier is more difficult.

Im so mad. I was gonna save $500 of my refund to move out, but now its going to an HD TV because I can't play any next gen game I own because the text is too small! I wanted to play this so bad, too.

You can choose between the CG Interface and the Anime one.

And of course the multi-langauges.

Ah good, you have White Knight Chronicles, Excellent choice, after playing it for 2-4 days i can say that it's very nice ^_^ like building my own towns ( I do question though the whole "Smithy / Market buildings....i guess for diversity lol)

Alex, are you picky about black label / GH copies? GameStop almost always had Odin Sphere for awhile because they went to 19.99 during a sale and then it went GH. It's cheap, at least. I wish I could get past that dumb dragon on Oswald's path... The game is horrendously redundant, like .hack, IMO, but fun and interesting!

Those people are wrong. I'd say Rogue Galaxy is much closer to being Dark Cloud 3.

Really? well i understand what your getting at. Fighting system is closer, inventory is the same but White Knight Chronicles allowed you to build the towns. I didn't bring up the weapon binding / combinations because in Rouge Galaxy and WKC - you can do that, though the binding in Rouge Galaxy does lean more towards Dark Cloud i will say that.

Today was payday for both January and February. Spoils happened. I ordered two shirts from Sam and Fuzzy, Azumanga Daioh complete (anime and manga), Haibane Renmei box set, Phantom Brave: We Meet Again, and I preordered Lunar: Silver Star Harmony.

I then rushed out and purchased the guide to Lunar SSH as well as a copy of Baten Kaitos Origins, and four books, including an incredibly exhaustive math dictionary and Neal Stephenson's Anathem.
