The original Red Steel was a disappointing Wii launch title due to numerous bugs, laughable dialogue, terrible sword-play, and a wonky aiming system. Red Steel 2 is going to correct those problems, and the slick new presentation is also a nice welcome addition. Wii Motion Plus will immerse you in the game even more. Let's hope they don't rush this one out and dramatically improve the sword-play.

I'm putting The Grinder low on the list because High Voltage Software's last First Person Shooter (FPS) project for the Wii, The Conduit, was mediocre at best and did not live up to the hype. This looks like a massive improvement in every area. It's basically Left 4 Dead for the Wii. With 4 player online co-op, 2 player split-screen play, 65 enemies on the screen at once, astounding graphics and atmosphere, all running at 60 frames person second, this shooter is one to keep your eyes on. Oh, and the enemies so far look pretty cool.

Fragile Dreams, a post-apoclyptic Japanese Role-Playing Game (JRPG), was announced a long ways back, but now it's finally releasing in the US next month. You shine your flashlight with the Wii Remote and explore the ruins of the world. The inspiring art style and interesting plot is sure to be appreciated by all JRPG gamers.

Sin and Punishment 2 is getting released in the US without a 10 year delay. The original one is deemed as the best rail-shooter ever, and with Nintendo working on it, you know this one will be even better. Here's hoping that this is longer than most rail-shooters.

http://site.video-game-central.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/arc_rise_fantasia_screenshot.bmp
I'm going to jam both of these Action JRPGs together just because a top 11 list looks stupid. Arc Rise Fantastic comes from the guys who made Luminous Arc, and Tales of Graces comes from the Tales of Symphonia team and Tales of Vesperia team, I believe. Their prior games have had critical acclaim, so of course I am going to put them up on here.

Monster Hunter Tri may have the absolute best graphics, and it's online play and massive scale definitely lend it some big legs. Monster Hunter is a huge hit in Japan, and is probably one of their most anticipated games of the year. If you want a sword twice the size of your character, this is the game for you.

Travis Touchdown is back, and he's bringing his witty, satirical humor with him coupled with dual-wielding beam katanas. No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle brings everything that made the original great, while adding improvements. The impressive combat system and excellent story will steal the show.

Metroid: The Other M is looking to completely reinvent the 3D Metroid series, and I'm all for it. Team Ninja (Ninja Gaiden series) and Nintendo are teaming up in this one, and man, does it look awesome! It looks like Samus is going to have tons of mobility and the same fantastic atmosphere. We will finally discover who Mystery Black Guy is.
2. http://wiimedia.gamespy.com/wii/image/article/992/992843/the-legend-of-zelda-wii-2-20090609030824380_640w.jpg
No one is really sure what The Legend of Zelda Wii is going to be like. This concept art is the only piece of information we have. And you know what? That's good enough. We all know that it's going to retain the same expertly designed puzzles and fantastic presentation the series is known for. I'm hoping Nintendo is working on the combat system with Wii Motion Plus, but even if it is just another rehash, I'm fine with that. Because when you have a series this good, it's hard to stay away.
1. http://www.mywii.com.au/img/game/Super-Mario-Galaxy-2-2.jpg
It was inevitable. Super Mario Galaxy 2 is the greatest fan-service Nintendo has done in awhile, and I couldn't be happier. Super Mario Galaxy has such few flaws that it's hard to see what they will improve here, but knowing Nintendo, they'll be doing something great. The original one won the most Game of the Year awards in one the most competitive years ever (2007). It is also one of the highest ranking games of all time and with good reason. The fantastic level design combined with the brilliant platforming sequences and fantastic musical, fully orechestrated score is what puts this one on the top. This plumber is still alive and kicking every other game's butt even after nearly three decades.
Edit: Games that I do not know about, but are claimed to be good:
Team Trauma
The new Phoenix Wright game on WiiWare
Sky Crawlers: Innocent Aces
Tatsunoko vs Capcom: Ultimate All-Stars
Endless Ocean: Blue Ocean
Gladiator A.D.
Epic Mickey
Also, Epic Mickey should have been fourth on the list, but it slipped my mind! Sorry! I will edit it later on and make a top 15 list.
Edit AGAIN: You are limited to 10 pictures per thread, so I am taking the Fragile Dreams one down.
