(I posted this over at www.criterionforums.com as well)
There was a similar thread at the now-defunct DVDSpot forums.
The question is: How many films (or TV seasons, etc.) do you own that include a certain person as a cast member or crew (Director, writer, or music only, I'd say). Thus, John Hughes would count for his 80s Brat Pack movies he directed, as well as writing credits on Home Alone, etc. Danny Elfman could count for soundtracks, but we wouldn't want to get too bogged down, such as someone who was the second assistant director of the third unit of some film...
DVDSpot automatically counted most of these for people, but it shouldn't be too hard to just look through IMDB.
I figure we can do one a day, and whoever wants to can pick the next day's choice. Feel free to answer previous days that you had missed, as well as the current choice.
I'll start things off with Tim Curry.
1. Tim Curry
Wow, I have 23 DVDs with him:

Clue
The Little Mermaid (uncredited?)

Scary Movie 2
The Cat Returns
The Wild Thornberrys Movie (don't ask)
Valiant

The Color of Magic
Batman: the Animated Series Season 1
Tales from the Crypt Season 5
