Turkey, though I wish I could have duck more often. :d

Turkey or duck for a holiday meal. I make chicken often enough on my own. My family occasionally has pheasant as well.
If we can look outside of fowl, my family might also have prime rib, pork tenderloin, ham, or lamb during the Holidays.

I don't like Turkey and I've never eaten duck, so while the rest of my family eats turkey, I eat tofurkey (since my grandmother is vegetarian) or chicken.

I usually prefer duck but it all depends on who is cooking it. Most people don't ever prepare duck the right way.

I'd like to try Turducken sometime, as well as deep-fried turkey...
My brother and his wife usually do a turkey, and we've always gone over there.

Rib roast is the tradition. Have one that's taking up the entire second shelf of my fridge now.
