Haha, as it happens I actually listened to one of their albums for the first time the other day, primarily because I heard Jimang was part of the group and I find his La Divina Tragedia～魔曲～ supremely odd.

They surprised me by being quite good. They remind me a little of my favourite... erm... collective of artists, who released Aina: Days of Rising Doom: The Metal Opera, which is pretty much my favourite CD and has been for many years.
Avantasia is similar, and one I tend to find more people have heard of, but Avantasia's offerings never grabbed me... so it surprised me that, while it isn't up there with Aina (yes, I will admit, quite possibly because I don't understand quite a bit of it), Moira did grab my attention.

I picked that CD entirely at random (well, not really. I picked it because it had a cheapo korean version available rather than an expensive japanese one), so if you have any recommendations or such for their other albums, feel free to throw them my way.

I don't really know enough about them to know where to start. I did hear one of their other albums has a manga based on it though (Roman?).

(Yes, I intend to try and give this thread a fighting chance of getting off the ground because I have a vested interest in finding stuff out. That really was a rather... lacklustre... first post though. Its like you were actively trying to see your own prophecy fulfilled :()
