why does my disc say Disc 1?

I placed my SMT 3: Nocturne into my PS2, and I noticed it said "disc 1"
But I also noticed that the soundtrack, does not say "disc 1" or "disc 2"

So why does Nocturne's disc say "disc 1"? Or, why does the soundtrack not say "disc 2" But it does give Dante's copyrights on the soundtrack disc? When Dante does not make an appearance on the soundtrack?
Or does he? I'm not sure, that's why I'm asking lol.

Dunno about the disc numbering, but Dante's Theme is used in all versions of Nocturne Maniacs, including Nocturne Maniacs Chronicles for some odd reason. The song you hear when battle Dante is a variation of the song from the first Devil May Cry game and usually accompanied anything Dante fought.

I was always puzzled by the fact that Raidou uses Dante's Theme for the Chronicles edition.

It says disc 1 because the soundtrack CD is disc 2, even if it doesn't say so. Even the sountrackless reprints say disc 1. woo.
