I played World of Warcraft for about 3 years, but after I played enough of Lich King, thought it was time to let it go and focus on stuff worthwhile, and not be addicted anymore, and cool down.

I still play consoles or portables sometimes (PS3,Wii, DS or PSP), but want to finish my schooling.

I played until about a month before the first expansion then quit until earlier this year. I picked it up again for a few months, but quit again in July. It was very interesting to see how far the game had come since the early days, but underneath all the polish and fancy mounts, it's still the same ol' grind.

I played for a couple of months very intensively. Addicted is probably the word to use. But I had to take a break because I had to go overseas for a few weeks. When I came back home, I was like, "do I really want to start this drug of a game again?" and just stopped.

This was just a couple of months before Burning Crusade came out. I still get tempted now and then, especially with the expansion sets and all, but I'm glad I stopped.

Of course, now that I have just bought PS3, I found a new drug in MW2........... :|
