Does anyone actually do anything on this day? Or wear a poppy? I was thinking of going to the monument ceremonies around here.

Kind of odd. Just about every major office at my university is shut down, but we have class. :/

Atlus, USA is open. My roommates were giving me guff about it this morning, but they're both civil servants and are celebrating by buying a gun and going shooting.

Me: Hey, you've ragging on me for going to work today, but you're planning the day around the gun store, which is also open.
Them: Of course it is! What else are veterans supposed to do all day?
