A good magic using Persona...

So I'm posting this thread to ask about fusing a good magic using Persona. I want a Persona that has all 4 Dyne spells (Agidyne, Ziodyne, Bufudyne, Garudyne) and Mind Charge.

So to get the Persona I want, what Personas do I need to fuse it, what skills should I give the Persona, and what level do I need to be to use the Persona?

In my opinion, using a 4-Elemental is kinda a cop-out. But that's just me.

Incidentally, which game are you do you need it in? Vanilla or FES?

FES, but I already fused a Mother Harlot with all 4 elements but no Mind Charge (I can just switch to Loki for that, though)
