Wheres the key for 1-2 locked door

I was playing through 1-2 (AGAIN :() and found a locked door to the left of the 2nd blue knight.

Where is the key for that door?

It's in 1-3. You have to beat the first fat minister and he'll drop a ring of keys. When you get down there there's another minister so be careful~
