not really. i just would like to know if a world can be shifted to PW after all bosses are dead. if not i'm thinking of playing NG++ completely offline

That's how I got it. I did the pure white sidequest in world 2, first, then pure black. Kill all bosses, quit to Nexus, go back and get the sword.

Yes, you can. The first method that comes to mind, would be to shift the world to Pure Black, then kill Skirvir's Black Phantom, and the Primeval Demon(both before returning to the Nexus). This should skyrocket your WT back to Pure White. Just remember not to die in body form after killing one of them(I recommend just doing this in Soul Form to be certain), and to only return to the Nexus after you've killed both.

Skirvir can be a bit evil, so be sure to have flame resistance in case he uses Fireball. He can also heal himself, so go nuts if ever he tries. Alternatively, if you're a ranged combatant, you can use the Graverobber's Ring and the Thief's Ring to be super cheap, and kill him without him ever knowing where you are.

It's not that cheap. He jumps around and tries to heal himself. You have to recall FPS skills for a moment or two. Luckily, he doesn't heal himself 100%, unlike Selen and Satsuki.

Do it offline. Suicide around 7 times in body form in that world (you need to use ephemeral stones). When you go back to the nexus, your world should be pure black. EDIT: Also, don't quit the game until you do your black tendency stuff. Your world will reset to neutral, if you quit in the Nexus.
