Gold Mask

Ok I have broke both chains and I am assuming the gold treasure you see in the pile below is a gold mask however... How the **** do you get there? The only thing I can figure is you can only reach the area by killing Maneater first?

Okay, say you're coming into 3-2 from the Fool's Idol Archstone. You'll go right at the first junction, and go to the big circular room where the big blob thing was chained up at. When you enter, go right, and you'll come to a door. After going through this doorway, there will be some pots on your right. Smash through them, and there's a stairway that takes you down to where the items are. Be careful around that area though, because there are a few enemies waiting to ambush you in tricky spots.

The main tower where the Maneater is - When you first enter it coming from the start of the level. Take a right instead of going up the stairs on the left. Do some exploring in that direction - There is a lot to be found.
