just trying to draw more attention to this blacksmith ed glitch.

i'm especially upset about him not being there because I accidently killed thomas in NG, so i couldnt upgrade. and was really looking forward to upgrading in NG+ but alas Ed was never there.

I been playing Demon’s souls since the first day it came out I am a lvl 95 Knight but I just been playing offline and the game is not that hard but in my first game cycle I did not kill Old king Doran so I do not have his armor

I am currently on my second game cycle I already but most of the mayor demons other then Penetrator and Archdemon false King

For some strange occurrence I save Ostrava and my power went out so I miss out on the chance to the get the mausoleum key

I wanted to know if I go online and have somebody log on my game a blue phantom character come in to my game and they have the key can they open the King’s chamber or should I just say forget it and beat the game and start a new game cycle

P.S by the way I have not hear anybody menssion this but the best strategy for beating some of the bosses simple hand to hand combat with the use of the spell Warding

I kill Archdemon False king, Penetrator, two Maneaters, Tower Knight

Just some advice Archdemon False king did soulsucker me 5 times in one try cause I was fighting him straight on

Not sure about your other question, but just play through to a NG++. I'm on this never ending quest for a Pure Darkmoonstone, so I'm doing it for that reason, but the game only gets easier from NG++ onward. I'm sure you have some other spells, miracles, stones, valuable weapons, rings or whatever you need to get and will do a new game after your current one, so going through that hassle isn't really worth it.

I have intense hate for Ostrava. I felt no remorse when killing him in NG+ to get the key. :)

Both spell sellers in the nexus refuse to sell to me. Im called a "brute" and dismissed. Old Sage who I released from a cell, says hes "too old to be of any help". Whats up with this. Is this based on an action I have taken, or my world tendency which is more towards white than black?

Did they stop selling to you, or have they never sold to you? I know that if you can't actually cast spells (need 10 Int minimum so you have a spell slot) they'll dismiss you.

they used to sell spells to me. I have bought simple spells and sage offered more elaborate spells. Now I am dismissed out of hand. Please offer advice. It will be difficult to play through with no additional magical help. Is this a glich or can it be fixed?

Check your CT and see if it's pure black or mostly black. Other than an intelligence below 10 that's the only thing I can think of.
