Let's say I beat the Knights Tower boss in 1-3.. Can I beat him again on the same character to level up? Like help someone after I have already beat him??? If so, can I get more souls for it?

You can't fight him again on your game. However, if you're in soul form, you can put down your soul sign to help others fight him, and yes, you'll be rewarded souls for doing so. You'll get your body back, but if you want to do it over, and over, just keep suiciding in the Nexus.

I see, I just want to get more souls. I figure might as well kill him again ya know. Unless there is a better way.

Nah that's actually a pretty good method. Killing bosses is always tons of fun, helping people beat bosses is a good thing to.

The issue with it is that once you reach a certain soul level people can't summon you. Most people don't hold out for long to beat the tower knight.

Around 35ish you'll probably have to start playing in new areas, but you can always help people with any boss fight. Sad and Awesome fact, once your high enough, even if you aren't in NG+ you can get summoned to help people in NG+.

I learned this the hard way when I thought my higher level self could give some lowb player some help on tower knight and then got 1 shotted by him. I wasn't aware of the "SL difference" rule.
