What areas start dropping armor pieces other than shields?

I have never had a generic mob drop armor. It is always either found in a
"loot", bought from a merchant, or taken from the person wearing it by killing them.

I got a Raggedy Boots from a Dregling once, but that's about it.

One guy in 1-4 is supposed to drop a whole set of armour. Brushwood armour, I think it's called.

it has alot to do with your luck level, but since im a theif equpment and item drops are pretty common

Much easier (and faster) ways to get that set than fighting him....
