according to wiki the storm king drops it? i beat him and couldnt find it at all....how do i get it?

i hope im wrong and dont have to wait till the next play through.....

Yeah the wiki is irritating me, I added alot of drop location info and item info and someone came in later and just deleted all of it because they apparently didn't like the format I used. Needless to say I am considering not bothering on contributing anymore if some moron is just going to delete large amounts of info for no reason.
