World tendency and new game plus question

Does world tendency stay "as is" at endgame for new game plus? Reset to neutral? Reset to white or black of some degree?

Just trying to plot whether to save pure tendency events for a second playthrough or create an alt if it seems they'll be harder to achieve on the second go-round. Thoughts?

World tendency stays exactly how you left it in your previous playthrough so don't sweat it if you miss something on your first playthrough because chances are you'll be able to get some WT events in your NG+ without too much work.

So it is possible to get PW/PB in a NG+ just follow the steps to do so?
