im in the caves that lead to the lava rivers and im pretty sure ive went everywhere and the only places left are to the lava....can i roll over it or is it instant death? cuz i have no idea where to go

Follow clues, watch for Grey phantoms to follow, head back to the nexus and convert your souls to soul levels or items, look for Blue Phantoms to join, or lay your Soul Sign down and hope the people you join know where to go. Lots of options.

oh it kills you, theres blood spots everywhere and my tippy toe touched it and i lost so much heath its almost instant death......i killed all those big ass worms so i could go wherever i wanted tho and still was lost....idk i guess i overlooked something obvious cuz there is a ledge that i can look down and see where i need to go i just cant get there

u come to a high ledge....and it looks like the fall will kill you for sure....and this prick even had a sign there to watch out for the fall....but i wouldnt have thought it would have killed me anyways....but you can just drop off and live....and be sure to hit the ground running or get defensive
