I'm curious: has Altus ever made a formal announcement, "Due to popular demand...", of any of the games they localized? What I mean is, has Atlus actually mentioned in one of their press releases that they got localization rights to a fan-demanded game?
I believe the Super Robot Taisen series was fan-demanded and eventually became localized due to the "pressure," but I'm not 100% sure of my guess.

Sorry but this belongs in the General board not on the Game suggestion board.

Many of the titles that Atlus USA has published first appeared on this board as topics in Game Suggestions.
Are you wondering about the effectiveness of the suggestion box? Games developed by Atlus, Success, Sting, or Marvelous would have a better shot than others. Regardless, they like fan input.

None of them. Atlus just put it there to keep their inbox less filled with spam, and plus it makes the gamers have a "warm feeling" when they think they are listening.
...
just kidding.... or am I? Dun DUN DUNNNNNNNNNN~
P.S. - Pixel pretty much nailed it.

Well considering nearly every RPG and note worthy Japanese game has been suggested at some point. Sometimes it's even a little scary how quick something is suggested.
There are bound to be quite a few that were suggested picked up. Weather we make a difference? Well who really knows chances are they have there Japanese partners and for the most part stick to them.

Some games that have been suggested and localized are the Dark Spire, Steal Princess, and Devil Summoner 2. I doubt they weren't planning to localize them already, though.

Is this a trick question? It seems like anytime a new game is announced in Japan someone makes a thread here regardless of the game. I guess the answer would be "all" right?

I think the most out of left field candidate was Arcana Heart.

No, I would say Atlus chooses games to localize based on what they believe will be profitable. Projected sales and licensing costs are certainly considered.
I doubt we have any significant impact. Almost every Japanese RPG gets a thread in here, so most Japanese RPGs Atlus localizes already have a thread in here.
