I've looked everywhere where I could, but didn't find any information about whether or not this game was going to have a full voice-over like Trauma Center: New Blood. That's my first question; will it?

My second question is, are there any voice actors from the previous Trauma Center games? I imagined I heard Elena Salazar and Markus Vaughn in one of the trailers.

1. We have not announced whether or not the game will have full-voice over. Sign up for the Atlus Faithful today to receive the latest updates on games just like this one! (I'm on our forums, doin' our PR)

2. It's rare (not unheard of, but rare) for any company to re-use voice actors for prominent characters in a series for different characters in that same series.
