Anyone knows how to get aletia and sessho-seki?

ok guys, I've been thrivin' info for this aletia and sessho-seki...
apparently,it was an ingredients for forging Mitsurugi... :)
I only have the pentagram, and I have no Idea of the other two... :(
If anyone knows how to get it, please tell me...
