KING OF FIGHTERS '94 - The first game in the popular KING OF FIGHTERS series.

KING OF THE MONSTERS - In KING OF THE MONSTERS, giant monsters fight for power in epic battles.

LAST RESORT - A challenging futuristic shooter.

MAGICIAN LORD - Players help the wizard Elta save his homeworld in this platformer.

METAL SLUG - Known for its humor and fast- moving gameplay, this run-and-gun side-scroller was the first in the popular series.

Indeed, Shock Troopers was the ####, MILKY! Sucks there won't be online play, but that's to be expected at this point for a PS3 title. At least they were online in Japan, but we know how you all hate those monthly fees... Anyway I wish they had put in KotM2 too...

I actually ment to say PS2 (probably said PS3 because of the last thread I posted in, but you know what I ment), obviously the PS3 has far more online support than the PS2 did.

So instead of creating another thread for the other two SNK titles I figured it would be better to rename this thread and just post anything SNK related here. I didn't even know SNK was planning on bringing the Word Heroes Anthology stateside, but what's even better is that cheap price.

I might not buy this, due to the fact that there's slowdown in the fighting games. I'll just save my money for Samurai Showdown Anthology.

After playing the collection, I would totally disagree with that score. I can only assume they expected some of the kinks to be worked out -- which they were not. Shotty emulation on many titles. Shock Troopers is a huge let down. Runs waaay slow compared to what it should run at.

As long as Kensou's there, I'm happy. Although, I'm very surprised not seeing Yuri or Mai. It would have been cool if Shingo was there, too, but maybe that's asking too much.

KoF XI was my foray into the series.

It was interesting. I'm not very good at it, though, seeing as I have major problems with the two final battles and their cheapness.

I don't know the names, but my favorite characters are Benimaru and...Ryo? I don't know, but he's clothed like Ken/Ryu.

Completely agree. Their localization of the already awful Card Fighters DS was so terrible that the games turned out to be broken and had to be recalled.


Please don't let them mess up the Samurai Shodown Anthology.
