I just got this game today, I'm really liking it so far, especially the level of customization in how you can level your characters and build there skills and such. I'm only on day 2 right now.
I was wondering though, I've heard about how there's different endings and such. Without spoilers, is it going to be really obvious if say, I wanted to go for Amane's ending, when I'm making decisions that will put me down the path to Amane's ending, or is it really easy for me to pick some silly little thing wrong in dialogue and lock out an ending? If so, what days are important to be really carefull on?

It's usually obvious if you screw something up.
Locking out endings most often occurs if you let the associated character die or fail to complete certain events related to them.

There are 7 or 6 possible endings, with 13 playable characters. I got gin, midori, yuzu, atsuro, MC, amane, and Izuna even though i'm on Amane Route, so i think its is possible to play characters in other routes but i dont think its possible to get all playable humans in 1 play through. After beating each route, the title character of that route appears on the title screen next to the MC. I figured out 3 possible endings:
SPOILER:
YuZU: your party breaks through the blockade, but the fate of the rest is uncertain. I commented this as the bad ending.
Amane/Naoya: The MC is revealed to be the incarnaction of ABEL.

Actually, there are five endings. Here's an explanation for each, sorry if it's a bit long-winded.
Amane (Kingdom of Saints): Your personality is subsumed by that of Abel as you become the King of Bel. You then use your powers to bring about absolute order on Earth, with Metatron watching over you.
Atsuro (Silent Revolution): Instead of becoming the King of Bel, you modify the demon summoning server to gain full control over demons, and thus overcome God's ordeal. After the lockdown is lifted, the Japanese government's subsequent use of demons ensures that it becomes one of the most powerful nations in the world. You eventually receive a message from Metatron, who warns you that should mankind once more succumb to evil, another ordeal will be unleashed...
Gin and Haru (Song of Hope): You become the King of Bel, but retain your humanity and choose to drive the demon summoning server from Earth, and with it every last demon in the world. Though you and the world return to normal as the lockdown is lifted, you receive a message from Metatron, warning you that the power you won still resides within you; should you succumb to desire and use it for evil, you will be dealt with accordingly...
Naoya (King of Demons): Your personality is subsumed by that of Abel as you become the King of Bel. Discarding your humanity, you declare yourself King of Demons and lead a rebellion against God, so that humans may live without fear of God's judgement. As the struggle begins, humans decide to live outside of the conflict. Just before the battle had begun, you received a message from Metatron, imploring you to fight with all your might if you truly wish to liberate mankind...
Yuzu (Desperate Escape): Your success in escaping the lockdown proves to be a critical mistake; without the power of angels, the SDF suffers defeat after defeat. Eventually the entire world falls into chaos as Honda uses demons in a bid to conquer the world. You receive a message from Metatron, who coldly lays blame for this outcome on you; because of your actions, mankind is doomed to a future of chaos...
There's also a cutscene-length game over on Day 6, but that isn't an ending per se. Basically humanity fails God's ordeal and loses control of its destiny, as Heaven takes over the reigns and establishes absolute order.
