I was just wondering about the difference between, say a rebel Pixie and a regular one, or a pretty Moh Shuvuu and one that doesn't have 'pretty' in its name. Maybe I'm just thinking too hard about it, but I haven't been able to find any info on it elsewhere.

That's just another indication of the demon's rating, shown to the right of it's name by a number of stars from 1-5. 1 having reduced stats, 3 being pretty average, and 5 having increased stats and possibly knowing another skill or two. ;)

That's it. You can see that the lesser and greater versions have red or white stats, showing their differences from the default version.

You can also check out what the demon says on the auction page. The cheaper ones will say things like "Oh, man, I'm a bargain!" while the super ones say things like "Yeah! I'm so awesome!"

Thanks for your help. I appreciate it. Come to think of it, I think the rebel Pixie was a lower end one, with one less star, whereas I think the pretty Moh Shuvuu had an extra star. I guess I got what I paid for. The rebel Pixie had to gain a couple of lvls before learning zio. I haven't used my pretty Moh Shuvuu yet, but she knows bufu, which could be useful. I still have a ways to go(I'm still on the first day), so I'll be sure to experiment.

Aside from the 10 minutes of Devil Summoner 2 that I've played so far, this is my first experience with a SMT game other than Persona, so I'm still in the process of learning how this game works. I'm glad I finally picked it up though. Well, thanks again.
