Where can i find the GIANT SCROLL?

I have played the Sikverian Dungeon for 5x but i can't find the Giant Scroll.Can someone pls instruct me the proper place to find the scroll.

Also I can't proceed to the top of the Zigurat without the scroll.Pls help me guys.
