This board is quite dead, so maybe no one even cares, but apparently this game was just revealed.

Unlike Trauma Center the gameplay is supposed to focus on the entire hospital, rather than just surgery. You'll get to control 6 different characters, each specializing in a different medical field in the hospital. Hopefully they can manage to make the rest of the game just as fun as the surgery.

Now to wait for the inevitable Atlus USA announcement. :P

I'm interested. Is Hospital the final title, or just tentative? I could actually see a simple name like Hospital doing well on the Wii.

Anyway, I'll buy it unless it's awful.

I'll be real surprised if they don't mention this at E3. Like Spencer (siliconera) said, Trauma Center games typically come out in North America first, Japan second.

quite a long ways off now.

Well remember it was reported to be 30% complete just a few days ago. Then time is still needed for localization. Next spring sounds like a pretty realistic time frame to me.

I just want to say one thing that makes me happy in MOST (but not all) of the shots is the biggest complaint I stressed a while back in the survey I was sent, and that is a the lack of a time limit with only vitals to worry about. That is how it should be. I'm hoping that is really the case for the majority of the operations.
