...a fiend? Other than Binbou-gami (That thing that hung from the ceiling in Chapter 2), of course.

Of course, I'm only on Chapter 3, but I was in the "Insert Insect Name Road", and I encounter White (Pale?) Rider.

I'm level 31 at the time, I don't feel like losing my luck locusts or my MAG, so I decide to fight it for the lulz.

It uses Mudo a few times, I realize this isn't Persona 3/4 and I won't be instantly killed, so I breath a sigh of relief.

But then I recall I brought a Lilim (Who drains Death) and Lamia with Dia (Who resists death), and so, with my 6 Str, I whack White Rider with an axe.

It was a half-hour fight, but I won.

Also, how does one fuse fiends, if it is possible?

SUPER SUDDEN EDIT: Wait, White Rider is weak to Ice? Darnit, my Lilim was had Mazan, Zio, Agi, and Bufu equipped, but I didn't feel like experimenting.

Actually, you can be killed by mudo based attacks, I have once. It's pretty rare, but it can happen. I had around 700 HP, and my health bar was full. Got hit by one, and it was instant death for me.

White Rider I think is either weak to ice or elect, same with Red Rider. I forget which is which. Black Rider I don't even remember, and Pale Rider doesn't have any weaknesses as far as I know. Kageboushi is my favorite fiend, however he hits hard and fast and will run from the fight within 2-3 minutes, but if you can kill him fast enough, he gives the largest EXP out of all the fiends. He is actually random for weakness, like one battle he may be weak to force but the next one he might have it nulled.

I think I was mid 30s or something before I could actually beat one?

I was at level 29 when I encountered the White Rider in Chapter 2 shortly after I entered the Tento Woods I was lucky enough to make it to the save point before I fought him since I was killed by a rush attack I was unable to block. I won pretty quickly spamming Bufu and got him a few minuets later during my 7th fusion on a New Moon which triggered a Fever Fusion.

I beat White rider on lvl 27 or so.

White Rider is weak to Ice, and spams . His worst attack is Victory of Fire

Red Rider is weak to Lightning, and spams Death attacks. I cant remember is worst attack though, hte battle went by quickly.

Black Rider uses mainly physical attacks and to makes matters worse, his special attack , Begin Starvation will knock off HALF of your current Mag level, which is kinda bad when you don't have a lot of Mag to work with. Did I mention it's also one of the few unblockable attacks in the game?

Pale Rider I havent forught you so I can't give any advice on this one. It's level 69 though.

Lastly you can recruit these guys, along with Koryu and a few others in the Fiend catageory. You will need rare materials like Diamonds though to get one, and you must have defeated one before. If Victor asks for a Diamond, more than likely you will get a Rider of some sort on Fusion.

Let's see... first fiend I killed was White Rider at lv 15. Took me quite some time to do, not to mention all the healing items I used because of his Victory of Fire move.

It would have taken me longer if his luck roulette didn't keep giving me good effects.

Hmm, I was around 24-26 when I killed White Rider. He killed me three times before I finally found that he's weak to Ice and brought Ippon-Datara (with Diarama) and Lilim.

Let me remember i first took white ridwer at lvl 17 i had a........Preta, Tam Lim, Turdak and.......I dont remember it took me 30 minutes to win, i realized that he was weak to ice becasue my preta s unique good atk was Bufu:p
