Demon's Souls Playstation Home items?

I was wondering, because sometimes Japan region games vary regarding this subject, but will Demon's Souls have the same Playstation Home items that the Japan region has? I'm talking about the knight's costumes and that sort of thing.

I for one, would love to see those also come to the states.

I would assume that is more than likely From Software or Sonys decision. I would not be surprised if they released the costumes, as that would be easy money. Although with that said the US & EU Home is very behind the times.

I had always wondered how that would work. I would assume Atlus would also have to make a business deal to include publishing the Home items for this region. I don't think it's very likely, since all that would cost extra money and most Atlus games usually won't have the zomg biggest budget evar.

I do think it would be nice to have them, but I'm leaning negative on this one. Not sure the business side of this sort of thing, but I'd be more optimistic for situations where a game is being published by the same company for both regions. Here's hoping, though!

Atlus already signed up for PS Home. But since we're just looking at a localized game here it's kinda hard to say if they might go for it. It's a possibility they might have to get the rights to all the Home stuff so that's pretty complicated. Now if it were an Atlus developed game things might be different.

I talked to someone at the ATLUS booth about this a number of times (withholding name considering it's likely they would like to remain anonymous), and it sounds like the major hurdle here is with Sony and how to get permission for HOME items (considering the items are actually owned by Sony Computer Entertainment Japan and FROM Software). I can only imagine the licensing for North American Publishing rights has its limitiations and they would need to pursue this further.

I would like to direct this towards the gentleman I spoke to (you know who you are). Perhaps the full set of 7 Suits of Armor (4 Male/3 Female) and the bonus items would make a GREAT DLC Voucher Code in the form of a Spoils reward? Then you could release them to the masses at a cost in the Threads Store. I think that would be a GREAT Spoils reward personally.
