How do you get this guy as a recruitable demon? or can you get this guy as a recruitable demon? I see he's level 33 according to the demon chart. I also remember something about him wanting you to punish him or her again with your love!(LOL on that remark) would anyone know if you are able to recruit him?

I'm not that far yet, but fiends in Nocturne required you to fuse them during certain phases of the moon (New or full usually.)

Its actually quite easy to fuse a Fiend, if you know a few things.

1) You have to have fought that Fiend at least ONCE. You will know its possible if he appears on the devil chart.
2) It MUST be on the new moon.
3) It has to be the right kind of "Special" fusion. You will know its the right kind if the Fiend battle music plays when Victor asks if you want to make it a special fusion. If its the special fusion with the boss music, just load and try again.
4) Give Victor at least two of the gems he asks for. The third one helps, but I've gotten Fiends giving him just two.
5) Having BEST LUCK helps alot. This makes success nearly 100%.
6) You can use weak demons to make the Fiends if you want. The Fiend will be quite weak in terms of passive skills though.
7) If you want a certain Fiend, keep previously fused Fiends in a spare tube. You can't make two of the same demon, after all.
