I had been meaning to post this over on the boards but had forgotten to do so until now.
On my first day with the game I opened up the case pulled out the game and plugged it right in and away I went. Opening start. New game... uh huh. Character dialogue... uhh huh. Tutorial ok. (Hmmmmm looks like a command/turn based comabt system ok.) Push this button to attack ok. Push... Push.. Push. Wow I barely scratched that one... Push Push Push.. Characters take return fire. Ouch. Push push push OUCH! Push Push... One down... and then 10 seconds later the other was down. WT?!?! Restart and do it again.... ?!?! Why is this so hard? Scratch head. Go back an reread tutorial and manual. OH I get it now! Pushing it a second time cancels the attacks! DOH!
After that things went a lot more smoothly. I just figured I'd post this and share the self chuckle at my own folly.
