Well seeing as I finished the game earlier. New Game plus gives you King Mode, which is hard and it's definitely harder since the defense on enemies are higher.

Loyalty moves over as well, and your devil chart. I haven't seen what else is there yet though. You don't get your money moved over either, which makes a lot of the demons in the devil chart very expensive I guess. None of your items or swords move over either, unless there is some thing that happens later on.

I imagine business cards will have something to do as well? In any case, I got other games to finish up now. xD
