ok, I have 2 questions:

1.- what exactly is Law/Neutral/Chaos rutes?

2.- im just fought Apollyon, and I took the wing to Victor. he said I need a certain Sword, and he then said that I need to ask my fellow summoners to find where it is... but WHO do I need to ask? Geirin didnt really help -_-

I have several questions here....

1: Fiends. How do you fuse them? Someone said you fuse a pair of demons on the full moon when your fusion count is a multiple of seven, but that hasn't worked for me. Do I have to be chaos-aligned to fuse them? I'm currently law-aligned.

2: The dimensional corridor. How do you get past the rift in space-time? I can't seem to find any path around it.

3: Elementals. I've found six elementals, are these all there are? I've found Erthys, Aquans, Aeros, Flaemis, Sylph, and Undine. Is that it?
1. New moon.
2. I never found a way around it.
3. Yes, that is all of the elementals.

also... I went to Soda Joint, but the Drunkard wasnt there... I talked to the woman (the one that says "Z" instead of "th"), and she said that theres a summoner at the capital, but that she wasnt sure if it was human or not.

You have to go to Ginza-cho and there, you'll see someone familiar(if you played DSRK1, that is.. otherwise, just find Tae).

I think a couple of people were wondering how to get some of the transformations. I've found all of them. I'll spoiler out how to get them for those searching for them by themselves (and for some of them, their names).
Goro Tatsumi: Story transformation. Effect - square button is replaced by Whistle. Use this in the Dark Realm to get a battle with a Luck Locust guaranteed.
Kamanari: She/he's in Mannen-cho. Use a solo demon to inspect the crossdresser. Effect - when talking to NPCs, you can regain MAG. Also gets a funny reaction if you talk to Geirin as Kamanari.
Antoine: He's in Fukagawa-cho. Look for the dog near the river. Use a solo demon to inspect the dog. Effect - if you've noticed a couple of areas that has the 'Big enough for an animal to go through', you can transform into this and go through to get an item.
Shi-zu: Go to the Red-Light District during Chapter 5, as this is the deadline. Talk to her, then read her mind. Actually, I haven't gotten her yet, so I couldn't tell you what she does.
Konnou-Ya Owner: Go to Harumi-cho and go near the seaside. Step on a small dock and use a Volt demon to inspect the area. You'll find one of his hairs. Effect - you can find money while walking around, and your square button becomes an instant-shop.

when i have to do the unsealing ritual, I already got past the first challenge, and now im against the giant elephant guy, which owns me T_T. he makes too much damage to me, and i barely do any. Im lvl 39 btw, but maybe im under leveled?

IIRC, you have to use the amulet that you got from Dahn earlier to warp from pool to pool. Once you're in the area with the shiny object on the ground at Tento Springs, you're gonna have to use it to fix the bridge and cross it to use the warps there.

Sooner or later, you'll end up at the warp next to the cow and you can unlock the gate from there. Hope that helps/wasn't confusing D:

I did...but he just talked to the demon...no hair or nothin'. What am I doing wrong?
Actually, I think he's a second (and up) playthrough only thing. I tried again on my first playthrough and that happened as well. I'm not sure if you have to find out his real name or not. I'll check on my next cycle. Also, his effect is when you talk to demons (as in the NPCs scattered around), they have a chance to give you around 6000+ yen. The highest I've gotten is 18k yen....

Anything with the strongest fire attack. Something with a resistance to fire and physical would be helpful. I used Parvati with shock wave and White Rider with Maragidyne. Watch for when Shoten starts reflecting physical attacks.

I'm on the Chaos path and at the Demon wall that requires a demon with 30 strength. So, I whipped out my 32 STR Kagatsuchi. However, that didn't work, so I put out my 30 STR Nebiros. That also didn't work. What gives? What do I have to do to make it past that part?

One of the cheapest, douchiest bosses ever.
I recommend bringing a powerful Frost demon, and having them hide until Mr. Annoying Boss appears in the center. He sit there for a bit before even moving, so that's a good chance to nail him with any ice attacks.
Also, watch where he is looking. Do NOT take chances when he attacks; roll out of the way and hide your demons. Even if it's not the very annoying spell, you'll be happy about you or your demons not taking damage.

I have tried, repeatedly, to hide my demons.

I actually moved out of the way, off to the side, and started attacking him once. I let my demons become unhidden, so they could attack - while they were off to the side, where they SHOULD have been out of the way - and they STILL got hit with the bloody mute beam.

And I have set my summoned demons to repeatedly attack with the weaknesses for Mikaboshi, but they very, very rarely actually hit him.

Sorry we can't all be as perfect as you.

And, typically, as soon as I make a post about it, I beat him with almost no trouble at all.

Honestly those skills totally gimp the game balance imo.

Im told I need to defeat the fiend on the base level, though there is no one down there. Do I need to fight the battle where you have to kill the two female demons at once?

Keep trying to hide them. Even if YOU get hit by Mute Beam, they shouldn't be forced back into their tubes.

What helped me was to get a demon with either Frost Killer or... Ice Blade? I don't think that's the name; the one that gives your sword ice-based physical attacks. (I believe I used Raiho.) Cast that when the boss teleports to the center, hit him until he's stunned, then use a demon with Glacial Blast.

If you have trouble hiding them, I'd just call them back to their tubes and then resummon them.

Each riddle has a direction, and moon phase in it. The direction you should go = whatever direction is mentioned in the riddle. West = Left road, for example.

so I just completed the five step ritual (surprisingly easy) and now I am told to look within the case files for a case that will help me get across the water channels.... I can't figure out which case it is....I have probably overlooked it 100 times *head scratch*

Do you have the Flute of Rhone? If you do then you have no problem, but if not, then Take the "It came from the sewer" case file (which by the way should have been available since chapter 3). You'll get the Flute plus a Balm of Life.

Logic tells me that you need one with MORE than 30, if that's the case. i.e. at least 31. Just run around and level up a demon who has a magic affinity.

oh man, sorry, I didn't mean to skip over your post! If you mean when you need to make the new pojitrawn you need to go to the Tento Sanctuary (the entrance on the very south east of the overworld map).

I'm right at the beginning of Ch. 7, and I'm supposed to talk to the Fukoshi. I went down to where the Fukoshi are (with the bridges and stuff) but that didn't seem right. I'm not sure where I'm supposed to go.

Can you give some more details of where you are at in the story? I am a little further along in Chapter 7, but don't remember how it began. Have you done the Tsukigata village stuff? I don't know where the bridges are? I think you just might have to go through Tento Woods.

Then he tells me something about needing to talk to the source of something or other and if I remember correctly, talk to the Fukoshi. I went to the area with all the bridges, but it didn't seem to be the right place and I'm not sure where to go.

You need to talk to the Moribito or something. Go to the Tento Springs and go down the well marked 3. And so on.
