Still playing Shin Megami Tensei Online. Still being reminded that the best way to kick an MMORPG addiction is much like that for an alcoholic. Stop playing. Just wish I could skip that damned 13th step. That or they'd add some more content like a new town that felt real or maybe a dungeon that didnt feel like a tour of bordem.

I heard that you can buy levels and in-game money using real-world dollars. Is that true? If yea, I think that I might be morally opposed to it. "First I bought the game and then I bought the win!" Not!

Only if you're the type of guy who is as proud of his gamerscore as his grades from school.

There will be a market for downloadable levels and in-game currency just as there used to be a market for gameshark and action replay. That's not my opinion; it's just the way things are. Anyway, I think I answered your original question.

Yeah, the actual adventures are up to two players, and there are minigames that can have up to four people. The minigames... I'm sure they're more fun with actual people... but yeah, I haven't tried that yet so they're kinda dull.

I love they added in an adventure to play as Meta Knight.

My Japanese Coach. I went 14-2 on the entrance exam, started at level 3, and am learning romanized numbers. I'm still not sure whether this will be helpful in the long run. It starts out teaching whole words rather than making you memorize hiragana and katakana. No where on the box or in the manual does it say the names or qualifications of the "Japanese teachers" consulted during development.

Yakuza 2 - Still spending more time doing optional stuff rather than advancing the story and loving every minute of it.

I hate scary games, but I so desperately want to play Dead Space [since it was announced]. No system to play it on, unfortunately.

For reference, I preferred to walk in RE4 instead of run, 'cause I didn't want to get scared XD (And RE4 isn't "scary" like so many people like to say) I think I started that after the bridge by the church, where it was really dark with heavy rain and thunder...I was running and, out of nowhere (I didn't see ####), these wolves jump me  I seriously jumped and screamed, "HOLY SH--!!!"

That said, when I completed it I went out and bought Silent Hill 2, and want to do a Fatal Frame playthrough with my friend at night, lights off, volume up high. (Eagerly awaiting Fatal Frame IV)

That game was rather fun at first. Atleast, once untill you learned how to abuse it. Then it was a cake walk right untill the main boss.

Currently I'm playing Luminous Arc. It's not a bad game but it's a bit weak in some areas. Most of the spells play out rather forgetable and those that dont are way to easy to abuse. Still, the game's not bad and with the witches there's almost enough there to count as fan service. Almost finished with it, just need to beat final couple fights.

It's been a while since I have I played a game that simply challenges the very definition of the genre it's made for. P3 is compact, it makes characters relevant, it's focused. It's the anti-thesis of what an RPG should be, and if they made em all like this, I'd eat them all up.

For me it was. I was never an RPG fan, but Persona 3 changed that. It's my FFVII, so I gush about it alot. Despite that, I think P3 did bring alot to the table. Actually having to care about other characters, the AI battle system (which actually makes sense) and its fast and crunchy combat, for starters.

Now playing Shadow of the Colossus. The music in this game is nuts. As is the sheer scale of the game!

Finished up P2: Innocent Sin earlier today and am probably going to start a second play-thru of EP tonight. I just hope I don't get burned out from to much Persona 2.

Don't worry, that's impossible.

I'm currently playing Red Alert 3 and having an awesome time with it.. I also just got Fallout from GOG.com. I plan to play through Fallout 1 and 2 before I start 3, even though I have it already.

Y'know, I thought I'd be one of the first people to do so. I haven't even touched IS yet.

Maddy should have a surprise for you!

IS is probably my RPG of the year sans some hail mary by Bear-sona 4. It is a truly awesome game, everyone should play it.

Also, Mother 3. I find it a bit funny that all the best games being released this year are games that were never released here.

Grandia Xtreme - Though more of a dungeon crawler and a bit rough around the edges (voice acting in particular is rather painful), it is still a heck of a lot better than Grandia III.

Grandia Xtreme is still one of my favorite games ever, sad as that may sound. Sometimes I just like dungeon crawling.

If they could combine the awesome of GII's story/characters with the battle system of GX, and throw in the air combos from GIII, I would buy a new system just to play it. :(

I agree with you 200%.

Finaly finished Luminous Arc. Dont feel like worrying over the extra dungeon or unlocking all the extra content that's still left as chances are, it wont matter when the second game comes out in 2 weeks. Playing Taito Legends 2 for now.
