Was there really a promo postcard, my friend said he got it in a bunch of promo stuff he bought online somewhere.

It looks cool, but I was wondering if it was a legit promo?

bookmarks look the same as the ones that came in the Nocturne Guide

I donno if it is the same one or not.

I have never gotten the strategy guide for Nocturne, you may want to correct the seller if you think it is the one from the strategy guide.

Last year, Doublejump sold some sets of the bookmarks and the posters that weren't put into the guides, so maybe they are just plain ones.

Yeah, the bookmarks are almost definitely the ones that came in the strategy guide (mine are still in my strategy guide, along with the poster).

As far as I know, the only US promotion was that the 1st run came with the soundtrack in the case.
