I've got a question, I've noticed that many of the voice actors have worked closely together on many projects before this, did each of them all apply or did you have them in mind?

The person who played Cielo is an actual voice actor!? I thought it was a one time retarded bimbo, or Ahmed Best. I HATE GUNGAN IN MY MEGATEN!

so this means it was a translator, like a fusion of Wakka in FFX and Kingdom Hearts!?

Uhh, yeah, Cielo is voiced by Dave Wittenburg, who also voiced Teddie in Persona 4 and I think Cliff from Star Ocean: Till The End Of Time.

You can easily wiki to find out who they are.

Which brings me to: Who did the voices for PSP Riviera: The Promised Land? ;) There wasn't info on the wiki page IIRC. Didn't try IMDB, but dunno how accurate it is.
