The Japan cover looks too sci-fi to me, like if you were to buy the game without looking at the back cover, you'd probably be surprised to see the anime designs and stuff everywhere.

NA cover isn't bad, it's kinda cool.

Honestly, I say the european cover is hands-down the best cover here. Should I had a 360 and any interest in the game, I'd probably be envious of the europeans.

I can't really pinpoint why, but it could be the simplicity that gives it the edge over the others for me.

EU one. Usually I prefer the Japanese covers, but not in this case.

I guess I must be the only one to prefer the japanese one, by a long shot. From a composition and general artistical standpoint I find it much more interesting, IMO. The other two seem like pretty generic JRPG covers to me.

They're all boring.

I guess I'd pick the Japanese one, if I had a gun to my head. The other two just have pretty generic silhouettes.

Abstract background, center character silhouette(s). No thought whatsoever.

But the EU one is better than the US one. Who's the idiot that thought a giant man standing in space was a good idea?

I truly like the European Boxart. Man it seems that SE USA wasn't even trying at all. I also managed to score the SO TLH faceplate for 20 bucks. sweet!!.

I guess I'm the second person that going to say that I like the Japanese one the most followed by EU's one. And I'm not saying it because "lol Japanese ones are always the best lol", it's because i genuinely like it the most. Not only do I think the space ship thing and the earth looks cool, but it closer resembles the covers for Star Ocean: Til the End of Time and the PSP Star Ocean games.

Sadly, Edge doesn't look as good in-game as he does in the cover and even his anime-style artwork. I personally think his in-game model, along with the rest of the characters, look babyish.
